And trust me, I didn’t start off with that bio. In fact, I started out as an overworked Virtual Assistant who couldn’t even take a vacation without taking a break from client work and messages.

 

I’m thrilled to report A LOT has changed over the past few years and I want to share what I’ve learned with YOU so you can grow and scale with more ease than I did.

 

 

I joined The Agency Thrivemind because I wanted to learn the fundamentals of how to manage and scale my agency. I was extremely engulfed in client work which left me very little time to do anything else.

 

Now, over the last 5 months in this program, I have been able to offload my clients to my team, and I still have a few more to go, but it is much better now than it was in the beginning. I am finally seeing my team from a strategic point of view, meaning what the business needs, where people are excelling most, and placing people where they thrive. I have also overcome the idea that I have to do it all myself. I am much better at sticking to my boundaries. Oh, and I’ve gone from $8K-$9K months on average to $14K-$17K months! How’s that for a win?!
